Victoria Ivory Topper

This one-of-a-kind Mini Topper is hand blocked in buckram and covered with ivory silk, hand stitched with ivory bias binding and finished with ivory gimp braid. A hat band in matching ivory silk is tied in a bow sitting to the front of the piece. Lined in ivory cotton fabric.
