Shipping & Returns
Shipping is from the UK; so please take this in to account when ordering especially if overseas. For stock pieces shipping is usually next day. However all in-stock orders will be shipped in no more than 5 working days. Please select the appropriate shipping for your order from the options available at checkout. I offer Next Day Royal Mail on all orders in the UK.
I happily ship worldwide and shipping prices reflect this. If you would like an estimate of expected delivery times please contact us and Ican check on this for your destination.
I ship via Royal Mail and occasionally MyHermes (in the UK only). As a minimum we use Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service with postage costs starting from £3.50. Please note that I cannot ship to PO Box Addresses as a signature is required on delivery.
Postage costs also include the cost of packaging materials involved in the safe delivery of your piece. Your hat/fascinator is packaged securely in acid free tissue and boxed. Hair accessories are wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a polythene mailer.
The customer is soley responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. Please do not ask me to reduce the value on customs forms, this is illegal and not something we I do. I can not be held responsible for delays in post once your item has been dispatched due to customs clearance or other unforeseen events.
Returns & Exchanges
In accordance with consumer rights you have the right to cancel your order and you have 14 days in which to do so. This can be done by emailing us via my contact form or alternativly by writing to the following address : Off With Her Head Millinery, 15 Chestnut Crescent, Leven, Fife KY8 4FA.
For completed orders I offer a full refund on orders, providing the goods are returned to us, in an unworn condition with tags intact, within 7 days from the date of delivery (UK only)/14 days from the date of delivery in all other cases. Please note: return postage is at the customers expense and that when returning items you should use a Signed For Insured service (eg. Recorded Delivery) as I cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach me. Please ensure sufficient postage is paid on your return as I am unable to accept packages which do not have the correct postage paid.
Please note, our cancellation policy does not extend to altered, made to measure or customised items, unless the item arrives faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the return being received. Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Please note, the times for your funds to appear back into your account are subject to the terms and conditions set out by your own bank/Paypal and I have no controls over this part of the process.
